Chemical Peel Certification Course
Chemical Peels improve skin clarity by targeting oil, acne, pigmentation, uneven texture, or fine lines and wrinkles. Ingredients vary and are customized to accommodate your client's unique skin type and desired aesthetic goals. Due to the popularity of Chemical Peels, we recommend any Aesthetician or Cosmetologist seeking to work in a Spa or Medical Spa environment receive this advanced training and certification.
Training will include exploring factors affecting skin health and conducting a comprehensive client intake, skin analysis, and developing an individualized plan for treating aging, acne, rosacea, and pigmented lesions. We will familiarize you with the different types of chemical peels available (Lactic, Glycolic, Salicylic, TCA, Jessner, and Vitamin A), their differences and functions, and discuss the presentation of contraindications to treatment and management of adverse events.
The course will begin with theory, followed by clinical hands-on training. We will maximize your learning experience by performing services on various patients in our fully functioning med spa environment. Classes are kept small, never exceeding six students.
